Ard Na Mar – Ibizan Elegance in Peñíscola

The pool, shared by the small community of 7 houses is adequate for lapping. There are sun loungers at the pool.
Be careful : built on three levels, this house is not suitable for people of reduced mobility.
A Clever Three-Level Layout with Breathtaking Views
The house is on three levels and cleverly designed so that the two sleeping levels are separated by the living area. This gives an independence to guests.
- On the middle floor is the living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry as well as a WC, this opens onto a huge terrace with seating and dining area and with spectacular views over to the castle and the Mediterranean.
- The top floor is the master suite, again opening onto a huge terrace with sun loungers.
- On the lower floor are two bedrooms, one with ensuite and the other with its own bathroom with an open shower. One of the bedrooms has French doors opening onto another large terrace. There is also a seating area.
All rooms face the castle view.
